RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS MADE EASY

Need to Cancel? We get it, plans change! You can cancel your order anytime before it gets packed up for shipping or goes into production. If you catch us in time, we’ll cancel it right away and issue a full refund to your original payment card. Just keep in mind that once a package has left our doors, it’s officially on its way to you and can no longer be cancelled.

Our 14-Day Return Policy We want you to love what you ordered! But if it’s not a perfect match, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your package. To make sure your return goes smoothly, please ensure:

  • The item is completely brand new, unused, and in its original condition.

  • Everything is packed back neatly inside its original packaging.

  • You have your order confirmation or proof of purchase handy.

A quick heads-up: Please don't mail anything back to us out of the blue! Drop us a line first so we can give you the proper steps. You'll never be charged more than one shipping fee in total for your order, and we absolutely never charge restocking fees.

How Refunds Work Once your return package arrives at our studio, our team will take a look to make sure everything is in tip-top shape. We’ll shoot you an email to let you know we've received it and whether your refund is approved. If everything looks good, your money will head right back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Where is My Refund? If a few days have passed and you haven’t seen the funds show up yet, don't panic! We recommend giving these quick steps a try:

  • Take another peek at your bank statement or mobile banking app.

  • Call up your credit card company—sometimes they hold onto refunds for a few days before displaying them.

Return Shipping & Addresses

  • Who pays for shipping? If you're returning an item simply because you changed your mind, you'll just need to cover the return shipping costs. But if your order arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item by mistake, we will completely cover the return shipping costs for you!

  • Where do I send it? We’ll send the exact return address and custom instructions straight to your inbox as soon as your return request is approved by our friendly support team.
